Our Intern Programme is designed to give an introduction to a professional global development environment. You'll experience real-world challenges that go beyond what you can learn in the classroom. You will get hands-on technical experience and full exposure to the software development lifecycle, while also developing your professional/business skills.
We offer a comprehensive six-month programme, which runs from April to September each year in our Galway and Dublin offices. As an intern, you'll work with a technology team on actual projects, giving you an opportunity to do real work and make an impact. You'll also undergo training in areas such as business communication, customer management, and presentation skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical experience and gain exposure to the dynamic financial services industry. At the end of the six-month programme, successful students will be considered for a full-time Associate Software Engineer position with Fidelity when they graduate - through our Leap Graduate Programme
Here is a glimpse of the work recent interns have been involved in:-

The intern developed a prototype which was used as the basis for a number of pieces of functionality within the new system.
