Employee Assistance Program

To assist you in achieving balance between the requirements of work and the responsibilities of home, Fidelity Investments provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

This is a free information, support and counselling service provided to help you and your immediate family members deal with everyday situations, or more serious problems that may be affecting your health, family-life or job performance.

Flexible Benefit Program

Our Flexible Benefit Program provides eligible employees with a specified amount which they can use to subsidise certain approved costs. These include Computer Equipment, Broadband installation and monthly charges, Gym membership.

Tax Saver Commuter Tickets

This scheme will enable you to make significant savings on the price of your travel tickets (Dublin Bus, Iarnrod Eireann and LUAS) through availing of Tax Concessions at the rate of 48% or 26% on the price of your chosen ticket.

Professional Subscriptions

The Company will pay, on behalf of an employee, an annual subscription to one professional body per year provided it has direct relevance to their job.
