Q: What was your background prior to joining Fidelity?

Prior to life in Fidelity I worked in the Software Industry for over 7 years. After college I started as a QA Engineer and worked my way up to QA Supervisor while being actively involved with Process Improvements and working with Off-Shore teams.

Q: How long have you been with Fidelity?

I’ve been with Fidelity for just over a year.

Q: What made you choose to work with Fidelity?

My primary background was in Accounting and Finance and I was interested in combining this with my software experience. So working with a Financial company like Fidelity was a natural progression.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?

Working with people within different teams and locations. There are lots of opportunities available and many challenges.

Q: What words would you use to describe your colleagues?

Approachable, Friendly and Professional.

Q: What type of person can be successful in Fidelity?

Someone that is hard working and enjoys working in a team environment.
