What is Leap

Leap is Fidelity Investments’ exciting training and development program for new IT graduates. The program is designed to accelerate the development of recent IT graduates to become best-in-class software developers with the potential to become Fidelity's future technology leaders. Participants in the program will experience an enriched on-boarding process followed by specific technology, business and professional skills training. The program starts in September in Galway.

Leap offers classroom training in software development followed by a technical project assignment. Participants will design, develop and test innovative solutions core to the firm's ability to provide the best products and services to our customers. Upon completion of the 6 month program, associates will be placed in dynamic roles in software development across Fidelity's diverse technology project teams in Galway and Dublin.
